Voxtopica plans, produces, and grows podcasts for organizations whose success is measured by mission. That includes nonprofits, universities, government agencies, faith-based organizations, professional associations, and public affairs teams.
If you're starting from scratch, the Podcast Starter Pack takes your idea from concept to a plan ready for market, covering audience, format, season structure, and production and growth plans.
We produce interview shows, limited series, and ongoing seasonal programs in audio and video. Production includes editing, sound design, show notes, and transcripts.
We plan marketing and distribution and report results in the terms your leadership already uses.
If you already have a show, the Podcast Audit gives you the data you need to continue, improve, or cancel it.

Start with a call. Email us at hello@voxtopica.com or use the form on our contact page, and tell us where your podcast stands. On the first call, we'll talk through your goals, your audience, and your budget.
Most organizations then take one of two paths. If you don't have a show yet, we begin with the Podcast Starter Pack. If you have one, we begin with a Podcast Audit. It opens with a kickoff meeting, then we review your existing resources, processes, and data, and benchmark your show against industry standards and peers. Either path ends with a written plan you can take to leadership.

Most podcast advice assumes a show succeeds by building an audience big enough to sell ads or subscriptions. A nonprofit or university show isn't judged that way. Yours succeeds if it reaches the people your mission depends on and if your leadership thinks it's worth the budget.
We built our process around that and published it as the Framework for Mission-Driven Podcasting, so you can read it before you hire us.
Our shows keep working after launch. We've produced Feminism NOW with the National Organization for Women for five years. A limited series we produced for the National Academies has been played more in the years since its release than in its debut year.

We price by project. Each engagement has a flat fee for a defined scope, so you know the cost before work starts. The fee depends on the format, the production depth, whether you want video, and how much marketing support you need.
If you have a budget figure, bring it to the first call. We'll tell you what it buys and how to stretch it further. After the initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving. You'll work with a small team that stays with your show: a producer who runs the day-to-day work and a senior strategist who stays involved in the major decisions.
